১৫) পেমেন্ট শিডিউল
- ৩০% ডিপোজিট — ইনভয়েসের পর, কাজ শুরু নিশ্চিত করতে
- ৫০% পেমেন্ট — কাজ প্রায় ৮০% হলে ও প্রিভিউ/ডেমো দেখানোর সময়
- শেষ ২০% পেমেন্ট — ফাইনাল অ্যাপ্রুভাল ও লাইভ ডেলিভারি/হ্যান্ডওভার শেষে
১৬) ডেলিভারি টাইমলাইন
সাধারণভাবে কাজের ধরন অনুযায়ী ৩০ দিন পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।
১৭) পরিবর্তন বা অতিরিক্ত কাজ
স্কোপের বাইরে নতুন কাজ হলে কোটেশন/টাইমলাইন পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
১৮) রিফান্ড (চুক্তি অনুযায়ী)
সম্মত টাইমফ্রেম মিস হলে বা প্রতিশ্রুতি পূরণ না হলে চুক্তি অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
